1. Appointment Cancellation or Rescheduling

  • For consultations or meetings, we request that cancellations or rescheduling be made at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Notices received less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may be considered a late cancellation.

CKP reserves the right to charge a cancellation or administrative fee for late cancellations or no-shows, where applicable.

2. Service Engagement Cancellation

For ongoing or project-based professional services, any request to cancel or terminate the engagement must be submitted in writing.

  • Fees already incurred for work performed up to the date of cancellation remain payable.

  • Any prepaid fees may be partially refundable at CKP’s discretion, subject to work completed and administrative costs.

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within a reasonable timeframe after internal review.

3. No-Show Policy

Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice may result in:

  • A no-show fee being charged, or

  • The forfeiture of any prepaid consultation fees.

Repeated no-shows may affect the ability to schedule future appointments with CKP.

4. Firm-Initiated Cancellations

In rare circumstances, CKP may need to cancel or reschedule an appointment due to unforeseen events such as staff unavailability or operational reasons.

In such cases:

  • Clients will be informed as early as possible.

  • Alternative arrangements or rescheduled dates will be offered.

5. Changes to This Policy

Chia, Ka & Partners reserves the right to amend or update this Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be published on this page and will take effect immediately upon posting.
