Accounting - Intern
The successful candidate will support the finance team by handling data entry, maintaining financial records, and assisting with accounting tasks such as bank reconciliations and document verification. This role is ideal for students pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields who are detail-oriented, eager to learn, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
Business - Intern
The successful candidate will support the corporate secretarial team in managing company statutory records and filings. This role involves assisting with document preparation, maintaining registers, and ensuring compliance with SSM requirements and the Companies Act 2016. Ideal for students pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Business Management, Business Administration, Corporate Administration, or related fields, the role requires attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Payroll Specialist
The successful candidate will join CKP Digital Corporate Services Sdn. Bhd. as an Assistant Manager, Payroll & HR Services, managing payroll and HR functions for multiple clients in an outsourcing environment. The role requires handling high-volume work with accuracy, ensuring compliance with Malaysian statutory requirements, and meeting tight deadlines across different client portfolios. The candidate will also lead a small team, act as a key advisor to clients on payroll and HR matters, and support the firm’s service delivery through efficient and high-quality work.
Company Secretary Executive
The successful candidate will manage a portfolio of companies under the guidance of the Company Secretary, ensuring full compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements. The role involves handling a range of corporate secretarial duties, including maintaining statutory records, preparing necessary documents, and supporting company filings with relevant authorities. The candidate is expected to work closely with internal teams and clients, coordinate meetings, and ensure all secretarial matters are handled accurately and on time. Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment are essential for this role.
Senior Account Executive
The successful candidate will work as an Account Executive, managing day-to-day accounting for multiple clients and delivering accurate financial reports to support business decisions. The role includes accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, payroll, tax matters, and financial statement preparation. The candidate will work closely with Managers and the Customer Success Team to ensure timely, high-quality client service. Ideal candidates have a degree in Accounting or Finance, relevant professional certification, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office. Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
Junior Account Executive
The successful candidate will join as a Junior Account Executive, supporting the accounting team in preparing accurate financial information and assisting with day-to-day accounting operations. This role provides exposure to bookkeeping, payroll, reconciliations, and client coordination under supervision, helping build a strong foundation in professional accounting practice. The role is ideal for candidates who are detail-oriented, eager to learn, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. Guidance, training, and mentorship will be provided to support professional growth.
